I accept
Money Order, Direct Deposit and Paypal payments. Credit card payments can be
made through paypal.
Shipping
All orders
will be shipped within 3 days of payment.
Shipping
charges:
In summer
shipping charges for perishables such as chocolate will increase to include
express post and the extra weight of included cold packs.
International
orders are welcome, shipping costs for the UK and the US will be calculated
at checkout. For other shipping destinations please contact us for a quote.
Registered
post and insurance are available. Please contact us for a quote regarding insured
shipping. If you are concerned about using regular post, I advise you to register
your parcel - the extra cost is worth the peace of mind.
Free registered
post for all orders over $100.
Layby
Layby terms
are 20% deposit within 3 days of purchase, with the full amount paid within
6 weeks.
Please note
your request for layby in the comments box at checkout.
If you decide
to cancel your layby, a small cancellation fee applies.
Refunds
and Exchange
Please purchase
carefully as no refunds will be given. Exchanges may be made on items in perfect
condition, this is negotiated on a case by case basis. Please do not hesitate
